What Makes LCBC Different?
What makes us different? The experience, the community and the workout. LCBC offers a dynamic strength and conditioning program in a group setting, while still providing the attention and feel of a personal trainer. Strength training is focused around barbell movements while also incorporating workouts with high intensity cardio for fat loss goals.
LCBC is for both the seasoned gym goer as well as those just starting their fitness journey. We provide modifications for every fitness level scaling for individual needs while still keeping those individuals within the group setting.
Classes offer a variety of strength training methods including barbells, kettle bells and dumbells.

Coach Beth Smith, BS, CSCS, 200 hr Yoga
Beth and her family recently moved to Las Cruces from Omaha, Nebraska. Beth has been coaching and providing personal training, yoga and nutrition coaching for her clients for over seven years. Being a military wife she has had the opportunity to work with clients from all across the country, of all different ages and levels of fitness.
Beth and her husband, both graduates of the University of Kentucky, have four children, a sweet puppy named Tito and an old grumpy cat. Beth has been in strength training since the birth of her twins over 9 years ago. Through her own training, Beth developed a passion for introducing women to barbells as an alternative to hours on the treadmill.
Beth is a fan of Husker football and Kentucky basketball! Go CATS!
